Hi, I’m Navilla — founder of Arka Yoga and creator of Nani-AI.
I grew up in Delhi, India, in a modest home where curiosity came naturally. Drawn to science early, I studied Life Sciences and Environmental Science, while also learning Sanskrit — a language that opened the door to ancient wisdom I would return to many years later. In my early 20s, yoga asana and pranayama became part of my daily life, quietly planting the seeds of a journey I didn’t yet know I was on.
For more than 15 years, I worked in the technology industry — a path that brought me to the U.S., shaped my resilience, and deepened my love for solving complex problems. Alongside that career, I trained in martial arts for several years, grounding myself physically and mentally. Yet even with professional growth and personal discipline, I felt a quiet pull toward something more meaningful: supporting people in living healthier, more aligned lives.
That shift became unavoidable during a period of burnout and emotional exhaustion. I turned inward — toward yoga, naturopathy, Ayurveda, and the timeless teachings of the Vedas and the Bhagavad Gita. With my mother’s constant support, those teachings helped me understand the foundations of health, clarity, and inner balance.
That inner journey eventually became the foundation for Arka Yoga — and later, for Nani-AI.
Today, Arka Yoga represents my commitment to helping others reset, reconnect, and realign, using a blend of mindful movement, nature-based preventive wellness, and ancient wisdom.
Nani-AI extends that mission through technology: a modern wellness assistant rooted in naturopathy and Ayurvedic principles, built to guide people gently toward natural self-care.
Together, Arka Yoga and Nani-AI reflect what I believe deeply —
that well-being begins with awareness, nature, and the intelligence already within us.
