Hi, I’m Navilla — the founder of ArkaYoga.

I grew up in Delhi, India, in a modest family where curiosity was my constant companion. Drawn early to the field of science, I pursued Environmental Science after majoring in Life Sciences. Along the way, I also studied Sanskrit, an ancient language that would later deepen my connection to timeless wisdom. In my early 20s, I began practicing yoga asana and pranayama — planting the first seeds of a journey that would eventually transform my life.

For over 15 years, I worked in the tech industry — a journey that brought me to the U.S. and shaped my mindset with resilience, structure, and problem-solving. Alongside my professional path, I also dedicated years to training in martial arts, which grounded me physically and mentally. Yet despite the achievements in both realms, I felt a quiet pull toward something more meaningful: helping others live healthier, more purposeful lives.

Eventually, that pull became undeniable. Burnt out from the corporate world and weighed down by mental anxiety in personal relationships, I turned inward — seeking clarity and healing through Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedic philosophy. With the unwavering support of my mother, my greatest pillar, I immersed myself in the teachings of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Vedas.

That journey changed everything. It gave me answers I didn’t even know I was looking for — about life, happiness, and the power of alignment.

Today, through ArkaYoga, I help others reset, reconnect, and realign — using a blend of holistic science, ancient wisdom, and mindful movement.
