Thank you for using Nani-AI, your Ayurvedic and naturopathy-based wellness assistant. We strive to provide a high-quality experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and digital services purchased through Nani-AI.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Nani-AI provides digital AI-generated wellness content, which is delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds after access is granted.

However, we will review each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

2. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

For recurring monthly or annual plans:

  • Charges are collected automatically at the start of each billing period

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period

You will retain access for the remainder of your paid billing cycle.

3. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

  • Accidental duplicate charges

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the Service

  • Billing errors caused by our payment processor (Stripe/Square)

  • Fraudulent transactions verified by the payment provider

Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to use or access the Service

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content

  • Late cancellations after renewal

  • Perceived lack of benefits or wellness improvements

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us with:

  • Email used for purchase

  • Date of charge

  • Transaction ID (if available)

  • Reason for your request

6. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Payments are handled by Stripe or Square depending on your location.
Their policies may also apply in determining refund eligibility.
